XP Dial-up Connection Setup |

Use this process
if you do not have a Niagara Internet setup disk or if you would like to set up your
connection manually.
From the Windows XP Start menu, select Control Panel.
These instructions are from the Category View in your Control Panel. If your
window does not look similar to the one below, click on Switch to
Catagory View in the top left corner of the window. Click on Network
and Internet Connections in the Control Panel window. |

Click on Set up or
change your Internet connection.

In the Internet Properties
window click on the Connections tab then the
Setup... button

Begin the New Connection
Wizard by clicking the Next> button.

Select the Connect
to the Internet radio button and click Next>.

Click the Set up my
connection manually radio button and click Next>.

Click the
Connect using a dial-up modem radio button and
click Next>.

Type in
Niagara Internet in the text box and
Click Next >

Niagara Internet has several local access number, select
the number that is most appropriate for you location.

1. Enter your User
name and Password, and Confirm Password
2. Remove check
mark from "Turn on Internet Connection Firewall
for this connection.

Click to add checkmark
in "Add a shortcut to this connection to
my desktop"
